With Direct to Garment printing, Your design is produced directly onto a t-shirt using inkjet technology. It’s similar to your printer at home, just on a t-shirt. DTG uses eco-friendly water based ink, which bonds to our special formulated pre-treat which then fuses to the fibers of the garment.
ART PLACEMENT & DIMENSIONS
We can accommodate art dimensions from a multitude of sizes ranging from 4 x 4 inches to 16 x 20 inches. However, upon request we offer special “sampling only” dimensions, which is maxed out at 19 x 27 inches. Please note these are strictly for sample requests.

Your DTG order can be as small as just one to over 500. Your cost per print will remain the same no matter how small or large the order is.

With DTG the amout of colors on your design is limitless. Your artwork will always print at photo quality.

FAST TURN AROUND
Depending on your order size, we offer quick turn around time to meet your deadlines.
Submit your artwork via email or via our digital design system. You can also schedule an onsite appointment to discuss your order details. A sales rep will then help you choose the right apparel for your order request. We will then render a digital mock up, which will be emailed to you for approval. Once approved, you will receive an invoice. Select your preferred delivery method.
Your artwork will be prepared for printing. Your first garment will be reviewed to ensure order specifications. Then it will be moved into production.
We offer three delivery methods. When your order is ready, we can ship it directly to you, your customer or you can pick it up from our warehouse.
